Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail)

  • Cost: $6.95 flat rate
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50

Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express)

  • Cost: $24.95
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days

Local Delivery (Palm Beach County, FL)

  • Cost: Free for orders over $35
  • Delivery Time: Same day or next day (orders placed before 12pm)
  • Note: Available to select zip codes in West Palm Beach and surrounding areas

International Shipping

At this time, Rainbow Tallow ships within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future. Please check back or sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.


Processing Time

Order Processing: 1-3 business days

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) for reliable, tracked delivery.

Tracking: All orders include tracking numbers. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.


Product Protection During Shipping

Rainbow Tallow is a natural, whipped tallow-based skincare product. We take special care to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition:

  • Temperature Protection: During summer months (May-September) or shipments to warm climates, we may include cooling packs to protect product integrity
  • Secure Packaging: All jars are carefully wrapped and cushioned to prevent breakage
  • Small Batch Quality: Each jar is inspected before shipping

Note on Heat: While grass-fed tallow is stable at room temperature, extreme heat during transit may temporarily soften the whipped texture. If this occurs, simply place your jar in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to restore the original consistency. This does not affect product quality or efficacy.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your shipment

You can also track your order by:

  1. Logging into your Rainbow Tallow account
  2. Visiting "Order History"
  3. Clicking "Track Package" next to your order

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at team@rainbowtallow.com immediately.

Address changes can only be made before your order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect or intercept the package.


PO Boxes & Military Addresses

PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only.

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We happily ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for delivery (typically 10-15 business days).


Holidays & Peak Seasons

Holiday Shipping: During peak holiday seasons (Black Friday through New Year's), please allow additional processing and shipping time due to high order volume and carrier delays.

Holiday Schedule: We do not process or ship orders on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Orders placed on or immediately before holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, garage)
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before actual delivery)
  4. Contact us at team@rainbowtallow.com within 7 days of the delivery date

We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier if necessary.

Stolen Packages

Rainbow Tallow is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend:

  • Requesting signature confirmation at checkout (additional fee)
  • Using a secure delivery location
  • Installing a doorbell camera or delivery lockbox

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not discard the packaging
  2. Take photos of the damaged box and product
  3. Contact us immediately at team@rainbowtallow.com
  4. Include your order number and photos

We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of package

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Before Shipment: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at team@rainbowtallow.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet shipped.

After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. You may refuse delivery or contact us about our return policy once received.


Wholesale & Bulk Orders

For wholesale orders (20+ units), please contact us at team@rainbowtallow.com for special shipping arrangements and rates.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • International addresses (at this time)
  • Freight forwarding addresses
  • P.O. Boxes (unless USPS shipping selected)

Insurance

All orders are shipped with basic carrier insurance at no additional cost to you. For orders over $100, we automatically include additional insurance coverage.

If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your order, please contact us before placing your order.
